is there 'C with Lisp syntax' in the way that people have done Python with Lisp syntax, Haskell with Lisp syntax, etc (i'd like it to actually be transliterable ~1:1 to valid C, not a new C-like language with C-like semantics)

(the underlying desire is to metaprogram C as lists from another programming language and wanting a more principled way to do that without doing all the work of Terra or something terralang.org)

@akkartik C-Mera looks like what I want, thanks! Dale doesn't look like it's actually C, like I don't think you could intermix arbitrary C code into Dale code and translate back and forth at will
