Being unable to control the viewport is part of why I
resisted web dev for so long, though. You could only
resize the original Winamp window in the ways that the

huge?” They would just say, “The window will always

paper computers (volvelles, slide rules)I are cool because they
suggest a vision of computing where you do the actual
computation with a paper/analog device, and you use the
electronic computer just to manage I/O at the edges :P
